I've spent my life's work in the field of oncology psycho-social support - more than 25 years. To my knowledge no organization has successfully fulfilled the void that the Jack & Jill Late Stage Cancer Foundation fills. A conscious programmatic commitment to creating memories that will sustain the child after the parent succumbs to cancer is critical to the families' ability to develop successful coping mechanisms. I applaud the valuable and meaningful work of Jon Albert and his colleagues in this noble effort.
